Laborijn needs new housing in the form of new construction and is looking for a design team for this. The design team, in collaboration with the contractor and the client, takes care of the elaboration of the structural and installation design: structure design, preliminary design, final design, technical design. It was decided to do this in a construction team. An important fact is that the design team, contractor and client jointly come up with design and realization solutions that lead to suitable housing for Laborijn.

The value of the contract design team is estimated at a minimum of 0.7 million euros (excluding VAT) and a maximum of 1.0 million euros (excluding VAT). No rights can be derived from this in any way. The figures are indicative.
