The objective of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers, (provided that there are enough suitable tenderers and tenders), for the delivery of trade services.

Oppegård Municipality, c/o the property department, administers municipal properties and rental housing. The municipal buildings make up a total of approx. 160 000 m2. The municipality has a total of approx. 450 rental flats.

This contract will apply for Oppegård Municipality from the start-up date.

Oppegård and Ski Municipalities will merge on 1.1.2020 to become Nordre Follo Municipality. Ski (previously Ski Municipality) will join this contract from the same date. After 1.1.2020 the contract will apply for all of Nordre Follo Municipality.

The municipal buildings in Nordre Follo Municipality will make up a total of approx. 340 000 m2, and the municipality will have a total of approx. 900 rental flats.

Oppegård Municipality currently has a contract for roofer and flashing and guttering, which is valid until 31.12.2019, so this trade will not apply until after 1.1.2020.

The contract does not apply for contracts.

From 1.1.2020, the scope is anticipated to be approx. 50 000 000 NOK per annum.
