Helgeland Kraft AS invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement for helicopter services for Helgeland Kraft AS and subsidiary companies.
The objective of the tender contest is to ensure that Helgeland Kraft AS and subsidiary companies get delivery of requested services at a right price, time and quality.
The intention is that the framework agreement will be split into two contracts for different geographical zones, with zone south including flights from Mosjøen and the surrounding area, and zone north including flights from Mo I Rana and the surrounding area. Tenders can be submitted for both zones, or for one zone. Our total geographical area is all of Helgeland Kraft's supply area, which stretches from the Trøndelag border in the south to Saltfjellet in the north.

Each zone is split into two services/assignments that can be summarised as follows:
- Part 1 assignments: Lifting assignments (transport of masts/mast supports, transformers, and other material).
- Part 2 assignments: Site inspections/passenger transport (transport of personnel including light material in the supply area). The contest is split into 2 stages:
1. Prequalification to submit tenders
2. Tender submission
The start-up of the framework agreement is estimated to be February 2023.
The contracts will have a duration of 2 years with an option to extend for 1 +1 year.
The scope of the contract is estimated to be approx. NOK 2,000,000 a year in total for both zones.
