Planning services for a reorganization and relocation of railway facilities to the south of the urban area of Bautzen. Project components of the subproject "VerMoL -Lausitz I" are the through track, the intermodal terminal and, if necessary, the access road. In a first step, a variant concept must be created and coordinated with the Client. This is followed by the concrete variant investigation with consideration under various evaluation criteria.

A) Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen (OP VA):

complete pre-planning (Lph 2) for through track (DG) and intermodal terminal (KV-T) and optional: complete preliminary planning (Lph 2) for access road (E-Str) and, if necessary, optional: complete design planning (Lph 3) and complete approval planning (Lph 4) for DG, KV-T and E-Str; Service description according to HOAI § 47 in conjunction with (iVm) HOAI Anlage (Anl) 13.1 as well as the Technical Contractual Conditions (TVB) traffic facilities in the current version as well as the service description in the Tender documents (VU).

The service is to be provided in German.

B) The scope of the engineering services, which may also be optional, includes not only the basic services (GL) but also special services (BL). Further information according to the service description of the VU.

C) Performance period: expected from 05/2023.
