This consultation concerns a so-called public project management contract which aims at the energy rehabilitation of 113 housing units, including the transformation of 2 l.c.r (residential common premises) into housing located on rue Jean Cocteau and rue Francis Poulenc in Champagne-sur-Seine (77,430). The said consultation is launched according to the open tendering procedure and is subject to the provisions of articles R2161-1 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
