Perimeter:

o Multi-body rehabilitations on occupied sites (with complexes of potentially more than 100 dwellings, most often with work and on the closed / covered, inside the buildings and in the private parts with all the problem of occupant management (example: on a site, Ite and repair of common areas and wet rooms, electricity) and energy improvement targets,

o Résidentialisations,

o Maintenance operations, major servicing and replacement of components may also be part of the scope. Example: repair of interior common areas, repair of entrance halls, Ite, waterproofing of roof terrace, ....
