1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Central School of the State Fire Brigade in Częstochowa 1 piece of company command and communications car.

4. Required warranty period calculated from the date of receipt of the object of the contract, the period of which is equated to the period of the warranty granted by the Seller for the delivered vehicle with equipment - a minimum of 36 months.
5. Single warranty period required for the delivered vehicle with equipment: minimum 36 months (evaluated criterion). The maximum scored warranty period is 60 months.
6. Place of completion of the order - delivery of the vehicle to the premises of the Ordering Authority, i.e. Central School of PSP in Częstochowa 62/64 Sabinowska Street.
7. Payment period required — 30 days from the date of receipt of the contract subject confirmed by the protocol of the actual receipt and delivery of the invoice. The invoice will be issued after signing the receipt protocol of the item of the order.
8. The subject of the order includes training for max. for 4 employees of the Buyer in the field of operation and configuration of equipment constituting its equipment, which will be confirmed by the issuance of the relevant certificate. The scope of the training is specified in point 13.1 of Annex 1 to the SWZ. The seller is obliged to carry out annual training during the warranty period on the operation of equipment fitted to the vehicle. The term of training will indicate the Buyer. The training will be confirmed by the issuance of the relevant certificate. Training costs, including accommodation and food costs are borne by the Seller.
9. Transportation - delivery to the premises of the Ordering Party of the object of the order is provided by the Contractor free of charge.
10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to perform a local vision by the Contractor and to check the documents necessary for the execution of the order available on site with the Contracting Authority.
