The Kommunale Immobilien Service (KIS) of the city of Potsdam intends to build a new building with a two-field sports hall and canteen on the grounds of schools 37/38. The supporting structure of the new building will be built in wood-concrete hybrid construction.

The subject of the contract is the heating installation for the sports hall including changing rooms/shower areas, a separate sports room, the canteen, the serving kitchen and toilet area.

Part of it is a district heating house connection station with a connected load of 145 kW.

The heat is distributed via a compact distributor with 7 heating circuits to be supplied and an inlet connection.

Underfloor or sprung floor heating systems are provided as heating surfaces for room heating.

The heat distribution is connected to the reheating of two HVAC units and a WWB.
