1. The subject of the contract covered by this proceeding is the task entitled: Purchase of new rolling stock for public transport in the Municipality of bochnia City

2. The contract has been divided into 3 lots:

1) Part I: The order includes: delivery - 2 pieces of brand new, non-functional buses adapted to carry 14 passengers in seats and 20 passengers in standing places.

2) Part II: The order includes: delivery - 2 pieces of brand new, non-functional buses adapted to carry 20 passengers in seats and 30 passengers in standing places.

3) Part III: The order includes: delivery - 3 pieces of brand new, non-marking the use of electric bus vehicles, slow-moving.

a) The order includes: delivery - 2 pieces of brand new, non-functional buses adapted to carry 14 passengers in seats and 20 passengers in standing places, free from physical and legal defects

and damage, not covered by pledge, security or any other proceedings, fully equipped by the manufacturer, together with appropriate documentation and meeting the technical requirements, in terms of equipment in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract - Description of the subject of the contract - "Minimum requirements for buses 14/20"

b) A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: the draft provisions of the contract together with Annex 1 - Description of the subject of the contract - "Minimum requirements for buses 14/20"

a) The order includes: delivery - 2 pieces of brand new, non-functional buses adapted to carry 20 passengers in seats and 30 passengers in standing places, free from physical defects, legal defects and damage, not covered by pledge, security or any other proceedings, equipped completely by the manufacturer, together with appropriate documentation and meeting the technical requirements, in terms of equipment in accordance with Annex 2 to the Contract - Description of the subject of the order - "Minimum requirements for buses 20/30"

b) A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: the draft provisions of the contract together with Annex 2 - Description of the subject of the contract - "Minimum requirements for buses 20/30"

a) The order includes: delivery - 3 pieces of brand new, non-functional electric bus vehicles, slow-moving, free from physical defects, legal defects and damage, not covered by pledge, security or any other proceedings, completely equipped by the manufacturer, together with appropriate documentation and meeting the technical requirements, in terms of size and equipment in accordance with Annex 3 to the Agreement - Description of the subject of the contract - " Minimum requirements for electric bus vehicles"

b) A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: the proposed provisions of the contract together with Annex 3 - Description of the subject of the contract - "Minimum requirements for electric bus vehicles"
