County Govenor Shared Services and County Govenor need an agreement on consulting and advisory services primarily within management support, strategy and management, organization, service development and information security, but are not limited to this.

Assist in planning, implementation and quality assurance of:

— strategy work and strategic foresight,

— business management and planning,

— profit realization,

— internal control and internal audit,

— risk management Investigation and analysis,

— measurements, surveys,

— evaluations,

— process analysis.

General safety advice, including:

— competence in general within security and information security, including frameworks, legal requirements, standards, etc.,

— implementation of risk assessments preparation and assessment of ROS analyzes,

— competence / implementation within internal control/audit work, governance security, as well as compliance with legal requirements and other requirements (method, tools, standards, etc.),

— assist in training employees in information security

— expertise in privacy, implementation of privacy impact assessment (DPIA), etc.

Consulting and performing safety testing

— technical advice,

— penetration tests,

— vulnerability scanning.

Assist in information security incidents

— incident response team services.
