The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, within the meaning and on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law to the facilities of the Ordering Party and organizational units in the period from 01.07.2023 to 31.12.2023.

The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity to 22 final customers in an amount consistent with the actual demand. The total number of energy consumption points is 259, while the total forecast electricity demand for all PPE covered by the contract is approx. 1.8 GWh.
