"Collection and management of mixed municipal solid waste and sorted waste from the commune of Iwanowice"

The subject of the contract is the service of collecting any quantity of mixed municipal solid waste and segregated waste from property owners where residents (permanently and seasonally) reside from the commune of Iwanowice, and running a stationary point for selective collection of municipal waste and the management of collected waste, i.e. recovery or disposal , in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9. 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454)

Waste management, i.e. recovery or disposal should comply with applicable regulations, in particular the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 21), the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintenance of

Containers for the collection of mixed municipal waste (120l, 240l, 1100l), the Contractor should make available to property owners at the price of the service provided for the duration of the service. The Contractor is also required to provide, at the price of the service provided, colored bags for segregated waste without quantitative restrictions in accordance with the subject of the contract.

In the commune, a mixed bag-container system for municipal waste collection will apply. The contractor is obliged to collect and manage the entire amount of municipal waste transferred by the owners of the property on which residents reside (permanently or seasonally) including:

1.1. Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01).

Frequency of loading and exporting waste from residents from the Iwanowice commune by the Contractor - twice a month.

1.2. Selectively collected municipal waste:

1.2.1. Paper and cardboard (code 20 01 01, 15 01 01) - a blue bag - about 4,000 pcs per month

White and colored glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07) - green sack, - about 4,000 pcs per month

Plastic (code 20 01 39, 15 01 02), multi-material packaging (code 15 01 05) and metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40) collected together - a yellow bag - about 6,000 pcs per month.

Frequency of loading and exporting waste by the Contractor - once a month.

1.2.2. Biodegradable waste, including green waste (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01) - brown bag. The frequency of loading and exporting by the Contractor biodegradable waste, including green - twice a month. The number of properties that give off biodegradable waste is currently about 500 properties.

1.2.3. Bulky waste (code 20 03 07), obsolete electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35 *, 20 01 36, 20 01 23).

Collection of bulky waste and worn-out electric and electronic equipment will be carried out on the basis of a "traveling collection" carried out on a quarterly basis. Collection of bulky waste and worn-out electric and electronic equipment will take place directly in front of the property of the owner of the property or in public places with access.

1.2.4. Collection of construction and demolition waste, which arose as a result of works that do not require notification or a building permit, will be carried out as required, each time the Employer notifies such a need to the Employer. Depending on the amount of construction waste, the Contractor will collect it in an agreed place in bags with increased strength or in containers provided by the Contractor - placing the waste in containers belongs to the notifying owner of the property. Waste disposal takes place within 3 days of receipt of the notification of readiness to collect. The contractor is obliged to provide containers for construction and demolition waste in the place indicated by the Employer within 3 days from the date of notification. One farm can give 1 100 liters of construction waste per year.

The contractor bears full responsibility for the proper waste management in accordance with applicable regulations. This applies, inter alia, to loading, reloading, transport, settling matters related to the storage and equipment base (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11.1.2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners) and all formal and legal matters related to the collection and delivery of waste to an authorized entrepreneur carrying out activities in the field of recovery or disposal of municipal waste.
