The municipality of Soini (hereinafter also referred to as "the client" or "contracting entity") will request your tender for the production of a property tax statement.

The contracting entity selects one (1) service provider with whom a procurement contract is to be concluded. The service provider to be selected may also be a group of providers. Sub-offers, parallel or alternative offers are not allowed.

The acquisition has not been divided into parts, because the property tax assessment to be put out to tender forms a single entity and dividing it into parts would make it technically too difficult to implement the contract.
