The service will be a community based service, building firmly on the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme (http://www.iapt.nhs.uk/). It will offer a range of evidence based psychological interventions including NICE approved/recommended psychological therapies in line with relevant clinical guidance; associated with improved service user outcomes and recovery rates.

The service will deliver a Step 2, Step 3 and “Step 3 Plus” model where time limited, psychological therapies is likely to have a positive outcome for the individual.
