Call for projects Amicable sale of a real estate complex in the municipality of Toulon " Castel Chabre" and " Former Bishopric" some of which are listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments (Ismh).

In 2017, the municipality of Toulon decided to entrust SAEM Var Amenagement Développement with the development concession for the urban renewal of its city centre. The purpose of this operation is to implement the urban renewal policy defined by the Municipality to strengthen its central location. The concession program includes the missions for the implementation of the City's urban project, in particular concerning economic development operations, commercial restructuring, operations for the restructuring of run-down blocks, operations for the improvement of the private housing stock, and urban development operations. Among the main missions of var aménagement developpement, the organization and development of the Castel Chabre sector and the former Bishop's Palace are planned, in particular through the establishment of private activities with an economic, tertiary, training, service and commercial vocation. The subject of this call for projects, outside the scope of the Public Procurement Code, is the sale of the Castel Chabre Ancien Évêché real estate complex (Cours Lafayette, Place Paul Conte, Traverse de la Cathédrale)
