The city of Pattensen intends to award the engineering services described in the context of the EU-wide public tendering, the construction and building technology for the new and partial conversion of the elementary school in Pattensen Mitte, to an external engineering office. This should comprehensively accompany the construction project and represent the interest representation of the city of Pattensen vis-à-vis the construction companies and authorities, as well as the adherence to the contractually agreed upon qualities and generally accepted rules of technology.

The city of Pattensen has already tendered the construction and planning services for the construction project "New and partial conversion GS Pattensen" throughout Europe and is carrying out a multi-stage negotiated procedure with prior participation in the competition. The specifications for the measures were functional with minimum technical conditions. The assignment to the construction company as a total contractor will be carried out promptly.

The city of Pattensen intends to commission the following measures at Marienstraße in Pattensen Mitte:

- new and partial conversion of the primary school (functional specifications),

- Construction of the outdoor facilities (functional specifications).

Within the scope of the building contract to be concluded, the contractor takes over the task and thus the responsibility for the planning, the timely, turnkey, functional / operationally ready and faultless production of the new structures as well as the commissioned conversion and refurbishment measures.
