As part of the national guidelines for the development of very high speed, SIEL-TE has decided to create a fiber optic network to ensure very high speed service to all the communes of the Loire department outside the AMII zones (Call for Expression of Investment Intent): - 49 municipalities located within the perimeters of Saint-Étienne Métropole and Roannais Agglomération have been the subject of a commitment to invest by the Orange company by 2020. - The remaining 274 municipalities are subject to the T.H.D.42® program.
