In Waiblingen, a new building for the district court is to be created on the grounds of the former district hospital, in which the authorities and the departments district court, estate and guardianship court including registration and special areas are housed. The room program includes a total usable area of approx. 3,387 m
The construction site is currently mostly built with underground parking. It is planned to maintain the underground car park, possibly to renovate and overbuild with the new building. The existing car parking spaces are to be used for the district court.
Cost target: For the project funds of max. EUR 16 000 000 (gross), cost group 200-700 according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12.
Deadline: Completion II. Quarter 2024
Quality objective: In addition to the demand for economy, functionality, design and durability, the building should be exemplary in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency. The goal is to minimize the lifecycle costs of the building. A BNB certification in silver is sought. If it is possible and appropriate in terms of building, use and economic aspects, the new building will be built in timber construction.
Special planning services for structural design according to Part 4, Section 1 HOAI 2013 for the new accommodation District Court Waiblingen, work phases 2-6 as well as the special services of the work phases 3, 4, 5 and 8 (in stepwise order).
