The object of the contract to be awarded is the rental of 18 brand new A3 color copier/printer equipment for central use for a fixed period of 5 years. 17 devices are to be supplied to the Joint Federal Committee and 1 equipment for the Innovation Committee to the Joint Federal Committee. Separate billing must be done. The contractor must deliver a total of 18 devices and install them in the client's office building in such a way that they can be used by the client's employees (if necessary after functional testing) on 02.01.2022. The contractor is obliged to maintain the equipment throughout the entire term of the contract, eliminate malfunctions and deliver the necessary consumables (such as toners, staples, etc.) - with the exception of the paper. The contractor receives a monthly basic rental price and a “price per click” for renting the equipment. The procurement documents regulate details.
