The Rivierenland Water Board (WSRL) offers challenging positions within various work areas. For solid dikes, an optimal water level and well-functioning waterways, we need a lot of people. People who do important work, who add value and contribute to dry feet and a beautiful and safe habitat.

With this tender, WSRL aims to contract a contractor for the recruitment issues who provides the following services:

1. Jobmarketing;

2. Employer branding;

3. Work-at-site.

WSRL is looking for the tenderer who (un)requested proactively acts both thinking, advising and executing with regard to the aforementioned. WSRL wishes to be unburdened by setting up, analyzing, monitoring, measuring and adjusting the campaigns and vacancies.

Registrant is seen as an expert and advises WSRL. The tenderer determines, in consultation with WSRL, the choices to be made or campaign methods and the budget for this.

Duration of framework agreement:

WSRL wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one tenderer, within the framework of which contracts for job marketing, employer branding and the work-at-site can be placed for two years, with an optional extension of up to two times one year.

The maximum duration of this framework agreement is four years.

The framework agreement to be concluded shall be based on the draft agreements and (procurement) conditions included in the procurement guidance and related annexes.

The framework agreement will take effect on 1 January 2024.
