Extensive knowledge in the trade fair construction sector as well as strategic advice and conception of a stand concept for tourist organizations are expected. It is important to consider and implement the tourist strategy of the travel country Rhineland-Palatinate, the source markets, the core of tourism in Rhineland-Palatinate, the main topics and target groups, as well as the business location brand.
The following services are to be provided in the context of the contract award:
1st trade fair construction concept for ITB 2022 including implementation with annual option for extension up to max. 2025
2. Adaptation of the ITB concept at smaller tourist fairs and events (2022 with annual option to extend to max. 2025)
3. Graphic development and production of graphics based on the Rheinland-Pfalz.gold brand manual
4. Use of technology (including digital media) at the trade fair stand including on-site technical support (ITB)
5. Complete project execution
The effective cooperation between the stand builder, agency, RPT and external service providers is extremely important as it is an essential key for a successful cooperation. It is expected that the bidder will regularly take part in RPT briefings, votes and approvals. Appropriate working methods should be a matter of course for those interested.
The specific order content can only be defined in an abstract way for the time being. A more detailed explanation is provided in the briefing, which is handed over to the bidders selected in the competition in 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 to the bidders selected in the competition before the start of the negotiating procedure as a supplement to the issues already communicated.
