The aim of the tender is the procurement (including software, remote data transmission and data hosting, consulting, functional testing and instruction) of a monitoring system for recording soil moisture dynamics and soil water availability in accordance with the service description. The system is to be used on a total of 14 study sites in Saxon forests.
