The provision of a reactive repairs service to 1 570 properties covering void and tenanted properties and common works to around 500 factored owners. The scope of works is around 4 000 repair orders annually and the requirement is for an all trades provision with the exception of painting and gas maintenance/servicing. The contract period is expected to last 2 years with a year on year extension up to 3 years (5 years in total).
