Provision of short-term car rental services mainly in the European Union for the staff of the institutions, and for any other person travelling at the request or in the interest of the institutions.

The services covered by the framework contract include all the services normally offered by a car rental company in connection with work-related travels undertaken by statutory staff of the institution and all other persons travelling on behalf of or at the request of the institutions. In some cases, the work-related travel can be combined with a private component of the journey.
