project management mission for the restoration project of the Notre Dame Co-Cathedral

the consultation concerns a framework agreement with subsequent single-awarded contracts for a project management mission relating to the restoration project of the Notre Dame Co-Cathedral.

And more specifically, the project will focus on the restoration of frameworks, roofs, facades, stained glass windows, interiors and painted decorations.

the services will be the subject of a single-awarded framework agreement with subsequent contracts in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R 2162-7 to R 2162-12 of the SPC. Contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement shall specify the characteristics and procedures for the performance of the services requested which have not been laid down by the latter.

Their conclusion will occur when the need arises, they can be issued until the last day of validity of the contract.

Services may vary as follows:

Minimum amount for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 250,000.00 excluding VAT; Maximum amount for the duration of the framework agreement: 1,150,000.00 euro (excl. tax).

Components envisaged under subsequent contracts for indicative and forward-looking purposes:

- Subsequent contract 1: Project management mission for the restoration of frames, roofs, stained glass windows, openings and facades

- Subsequent contract 2: Project management mission for the interior restoration of the north chapels;

- Subsequent contract 3: Project management mission for the interior restoration of the south chapels;

- Subsequent contract 4: Project management mission for the interior restoration of the apse and bays.

- Subsequent Market No. 5: Visit route, furniture and lighting

This type of subsequent contract will be launched each time the contracting authority decides to start the realization of a new phase.

The subsequent contract 1 will be awarded simultaneously with the award of this Framework Agreement.

Diag : Diagnostic /

Opc : Scheduling, Management and Management of Works /

Ssi : Coordination ssi /

mob: Furniture.

These missions include all the necessary authorizations (DAT, Drac authorizations...)

On the express order of the contracting authority, additional assistance missions may be undertaken. They will be remunerated by applying the prices in the price schedule of the framework agreement to the quantities actually executed.

APS : Summary preliminary design studies /

DPA: Final preliminary design studies /

Pro: Project Studies /

visa :

act: Assistance provided to the contracting authority for the award of Works Contracts /

Det: Direction of the execution of works contracts /

Aor: Assistance to the client during the Acceptance Operations and during the Guarantee Period of Perfect Completion /

The following complementary missions:

Opc: Scheduling, Management and Management of the works.

Minimum composition of the group: The candidate will present a team that has the following skills:

- an architect meeting the requirements of Article R621-28 of the Heritage Code (see Article 3-1 of the consultation regulations)

- a specialized structure office

- a specialized office Fluids / ssi

- a construction economist

- a restorer specializing in the art of stained glass with a level 6 diploma or equivalent

- a conservator specializing in painting with a level 7 diploma or equivalent

In the case of a grouping, the agent will be the architect.

The grouping will have to take the form of a joint grouping after award. However, the joint agent will be jointly and severally liable to each of the members of the grouping for its contractual obligations towards the buyer for the performance of the contract in accordance with AR R2142-24 of the CCP.
