The purpose of this public European tender is to conclude an agreement with one contractor regarding the management of student accommodation.

The tender is carried out in accordance with the European Directive 2014/24/EU, transposed for the Netherlands into the Procurement Act 2012 as amended from 1.7.2016 (AW).

The Agreement is concluded for a period of 32 months with effect from 1.11.2021 and therefore ending on 30.6.2024.

The contract is not divided into lots because the contract as a whole can be performed by a sufficient number of market participants and because division into lots would make the contract less attractive commercially. For practical reasons, the Client wishes to contract no more than one Contractor for the management of its student accommodation.
