The contract concerns the civil, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical maintenance service of the toilets for passengers, airport operators and the unloading lines of the Food & Beverage points of sale at Fiumicino Airport.
The contract concerns the civil, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical maintenance service of the toilets for Passengers, Airport Operators and the Unloading Lines of the Food & Beverage points of sale at Fiumicino Airport
The total amount of the contract amounts to € 2,457,265.50 as follows:
a. € 1,954,097.25.00 as a "body" amount based on the auction for the emergency service;
b. € 297,000.00 as a maximum amount "tailor-made", subject to reduction, available to the Customer for scheduled maintenance activities
c. € 180,000 as the maximum amount "tailor-made" available to the Customer, subject to a reduction (without prejudice to the maximum amount available, only the price lists are subject to a reduction), for freight, completed works and materials and for hours additional to the programming;
d. € 26,168.25 as a "tailor-made" amount, not subject to a reduction, for security charges from DUVRI.
Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16, of the Procurement Code, the amounts referred to in letters a., b. and c1. of the Special Tender Specifications are inclusive of labor costs that the contracting authority has estimated in total € 2,233,692.39.00
With reference to the methods of accounting and payment of the amounts mentioned above, please refer to the provisions of the further tender documents (i.e. Special Tender Specifications, etc.).
The contract cannot be divided into lots pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments due to the need for the Customer to carry out a synergistic management of the services covered by the contract in order to:
- to ensure a more effective and coordinated use of the whole of the activities being procured;
- guarantee a uniform quality level of the service in all areas subject to intervention;
- effectively monitor spending and ensure the rationalization and containment of expenditure through a global management of the service itself.
