The assignment concerns the supply of fertilizers for sports fields spread over various locations in the municipality of Breda and sporadically to be used on lawns in public spaces.
Target
The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of fertilizers with a duration of two (2) years with an effective date of 1 March 2024.
The client has the unilateral right to extend these two (2) times by one (1) year. The decision regarding this extension(s) is based on evaluation of the service provided.

Maximum contract value
The maximum contract value under this framework agreement is set at € 325,000 over the term of the agreement, including renewal options.
No rights can be derived from the stated amount. No purchase obligation applies to the client.
If the maximum contract value is exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement can be terminated (earlier).
