The subject of the contract is the supply (sale) of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 up to 177 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) of 3 446.910 MWh.
The subject of the contract is the supply (sale) of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 up to 177 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) of 3 446.910 MWh. The forecasted electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering party, except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed. When performing the calculation for the purposes of submitting the Offer, the Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in energy consumption.

2) Total estimated volume (+/-15%) 3 446.910 MWh, according to the detailed list of PPE constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ;
4) Electricity supply period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024,
5. The Contracting Authority shall sign one electricity supply contract for its own benefit and on behalf of each of the entities listed below:
