The subject of the Order is the preparation and implementation on the Integration Platform of the Contracting Entity, a solution, hereinafter referred to as MK CSIRE, ensuring the continuity of business processes in connection with the requirement to adapt and implement the Information Exchange Standards for the CSIRE system resulting from the provisions of the Act amending the Energy Law and certain other acts of 20 May 2021 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1093).
