It should be emphasized that the specified number of meters is not accurate and should be expected to vary by an estimated -10% to + 10%.
The solution offered must be secure so that unauthorized persons cannot access data and / or water meters.
The physical replacement / establishment of water meters by individual consumers is covered by this tender, as well as the establishment of the complete communication network, including any amplifiers, antennas, masts, etc. covered by this tender, and must be carried out by the total supplier or its subcontractor.
A solution is wanted where the total supplier is responsible for providing a solution for collecting meter data from water meters to a centrally located collection system, hosted by the total supplier. The choice of solution is up to the total supplier, but must be based on a network solution and the daily performance of hourly values must be at least 97.0%.
Reading via drive-by and / or pulse outputs cannot be included.
The total supplier must design all parts of the communication network and the home collection system in consultation with Energi Viborg Vand.
The assignment includes:
- supply and assembly of electronic water meters,
- the provision, design and establishment of communication networks,
- phased startup of communication networks,
- delivery of complete home delivery system - hosted by the total supplier,
- 12-year extension and maintenance agreement for communication networks with possibility of extension,
- 12-year operating and hosting agreement for the extension system with the possibility of extension,
- training of Energy Viborg Water installers of water meters and users of the home collection system,
- complete documentation of the overall task.
