The subject of the service is consulting services for the client's multi-project management department in the form of two skill profiles:

2. Project management.

Consulting Services Program Management:

- Coaching, facilitation and consulting in the implementation of the program activities

- Analysis of synergy potentials (same goals and approaches) between the commissioned project and other projects of the client and recommendation of possibilities for improvement

- Conceptual design of program controlling

- Ongoing review and support in the optimization of program controlling (esp. budget planning) and resource consumption

- Risk assessment (collection of potential risks, preparation of a risk assessment with experts and recommendation of countermeasures)

- Accompaniment and moderation of team building processes

- Conceptual design of reports to internal and external committees to ensure compliance with reporting requirements

Consulting services project management:

- Facilitation of communication between all project participants as well as internal and external service providers

- Review of change and configuration management and recommendation of suggestions for improvement

- Coaching, facilitation and consulting in the implementation of project activities

- Ongoing review and support in the optimization of project controlling (esp. budget planning) and resource consumption
