Coordination and administration of the model funding for child education centers BW for the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport (Ministry of Culture) Baden-Württemberg.

In the years 2021 and 2022, up to 20 model locations for children's education centers BW are to receive funding from the pool for innovation projects within the framework of the so-called "Good Daycare Act" as part of model funding.

A child education center comprises several educational institutions of the elementary and primary sector (day-care center (s) with over 3 areas as well as elementary school). These are located on a campus (in the sense of neighboring but in their original function separate rooms on one site) and live a close pedagogical and organizational cooperation with the aim of enabling every child to have a continuous and best possible educational process. The individual institutional assignments and identities and requirements of day-care centers and elementary schools are preserved.

Children's education centers bring together the educational and family-building work of a community or a district in one place and thus enable continuous support and development support for every child. The basis is a common educational concept based on cross-institutional educational principles and a common set of values, a cooperation agreement based on a common child protection concept and complaint and participation management as well as the common use of suitable rooms and outdoor areas on the site.

Children's education centers take up the empirical values and success factors of the Baden-Württemberg educational institutions 3-10 and the children's and family centers and bring them together in a cross-institutional educational concept in which the child's individual development is the focus.

The model funding is aimed at cities and municipalities that are on the way to founding a children's education center.

We are looking for a contractor who administers and coordinates the model funding of up to 20 model locations "Children's Education Centers BW" nationwide in Baden-Württemberg in accordance with the quality framework and the funding guidelines of the Ministry of Education in the current state of model funding.
