The subject of the Order is:
WASTE MANAGEMENT CODE 19 12 10 — COMBUSTIBLE WASTE (ALTERNATIVE FUEL) FROM THE WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANT (ZO) IN THE NEW SĄCZ AT UL. TARNOWSKA 120.
The subject of the Order is:
WASTE MANAGEMENT CODE 19 12 10 — COMBUSTIBLE WASTE (ALTERNATIVE FUEL) FROM THE WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANT (ZO) IN THE NEW SĄCZ AT UL. TARNOWSKA 120.
Estimated amount of waste to be managed: 11500 [Mg]. The Contracting Authority reserves that the amount of waste so determined is an approximate amount and the management of waste in an amount lower than 11500 [Mg] does not give rise to any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the Contracting Authority is obliged to transfer to the Contractor for the purpose of management at least
1500 [Mg] of waste, and for failure to transfer this minimum amount, the Ordering Party shall be liable for damages on the general principles provided for by generally applicable law.
The minimum threshold of waste that the Contracting Authority will transfer to the Contractor for management is 1500 Mg.
Delivery of waste to the Contractor will be carried out on working days from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:00 excluding public holidays.
After weighing on the incurred weight of the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party will transfer the weighing flower to the driver and issue a waste transfer card in the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management (BDO).
Waste code 19 12 10 constitutes regularly produced sorting material as a so-called oversieve fraction > 80mm in the form of a caloric fraction with a combustion heat greater than 6 MJ/kg of dry matter originating:
(a) from the mechanical process of processing mixed municipal waste with code 20 03 01, which is stored in the square before the start of the processing process, then directed to the Linder Jupiter 1800 type shredder, then by means of strips directed to a sieve 0-80 mm and then to the sorting cab further by a tape with a magnetic separator and then into containers as waste of code 19 12 10; or
(b) from selectively collected waste with codes 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 06 and 20 01 01 39 (The waste is stored in the square before subjecting it to the processing process is then directed to Matthiessen type SR III K4 Seg tearing device. Subsequently, using conveyors directed to the sorting cab, further by a tape with a magnetic separator and then into containers as waste code 19 12 10); or
(c) from the processing of large waste with code 20 03 07 on the Doppstadt Dw 3060 chipper equipped with a magnetic separator. (It is indicated that large-sized waste is manually cleaned before the processing process.)
All the above-mentioned waste with code 19 12 10 shall be stored in uncovered squares before the processing process.
The waste generated after processing with code 19 12 10 is stored in bulk in a hardened uncovered square.
The Contracting Authority shall allow the Contractor to make a local vision together with the collection of a sample of the waste concerned.
Weighing of waste code 19 12 10 will take place at the Ordering Party at the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) in Nowy Sącz at 120 Tarnowska Street at 120 raiding weight
with a load capacity of 50 t and dimensions 18m x 3m.
The transport of waste to the installation of waste fraction 19 12 10 will be carried out by the Contracting Authority and at its expense.
The Ordering Party determines the maximum distance from the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) Nowy Sącz Street. Tarnowska 120 to waste management installation (measured by public roads passable for trucks, not internal and dirt roads, etc., we do not measure in a straight line) to 300 km.
