This public contract concerns the following services, exclusively in the territory of the municipality of Théoule-sur-Mer:

— door-to-door collection and grouping points of waste type household garbage and recyclable household packaging as well as professional activities (businesses, businesses, etc.) exclusively on all public roads and private roads open to traffic at the outlet designated by the CACPL;

— collection and emptying of clustering points; waste treatment is not part of this contract.

This is a single-attribution purchase order framework agreement with no minimum quantity or amount and no annual maximum quantity or amount. The contract consists of two possible Supplementary Benefits (PES) defined as follows:

— PES #1: door-to-door glass collection of CHR and professional,

— PES No. 2: collection of glass door-to-door from CHR, professionals and households the tenderer must encrypt these PES, under pain of irregularity of the tender.

The choice of whether or not one of these PSEs will be made by the buyer at the time of award of the contract.
