This lot of the framework agreement is subject to a maximum quantity of 16 installations in relation to the period put out to tender.

When the maximum quantity is reached in the entire lot, this automatically terminates the framework agreement of the affected lot. Should the contract be awarded to a contractor for all lots, the framework agreement ends when the entire maximum quantity is reached.

Framework agreement for the maintenance of large boiler systems. In Lot 2 for the Kiel and Southeast region, there are 8 turbines.

This lot of the framework agreement is subject to a maximum quantity of 11 installations in relation to the period put out to tender.

When the maximum quantity is reached in the entire lot, this automatically terminates the framework agreement of the affected lot. Should the contract be awarded to a contractor for all lots, the framework agreement ends when the entire maximum quantity is reached.
