The object of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing provisions issued pursuant to them. Order — purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ. The estimated electricity demand for the period 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 15,421,384.00 kWh.
The object of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing provisions issued pursuant to them.
The Municipality of Łowicz and the members of the purchasing group and their units listed in Annex No 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate contracts resulting from this procedure for the award of a public contract by means of an unlimited tender for the purchase of electricity for the purposes of the Łowicz Municipality Purchasing Group. Details of the conclusion of contracts by the municipality and its organisational units are included in Annex No 1 of the SWZ. It will be the responsibility of the selected contractor to represent the contracting entity and its organizational units before the relevant operator of the distribution system in matters relating to the notification of a change to the seller. The contractor shall be granted an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to SWZ) to perform the abovementioned activities.
The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:
— Municipality of Bolimów,
— Municipality Chąśno,
— Commune Domaniewice,
— Municipality of Drużbice,
— Municipality of Godzianów,
— Municipality of Gomunice,
— the municipalities of Kleszczów,
— Commune Krzyżanów,
— Municipalities of Youth,
— the municipalities of Nieborów,
— Commune Szczerców,
— the cities of Łowicz.
Order — purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:
The estimated electricity demand for the period 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 15,421,384.00 kWh.
The estimated value of the order between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022 is 6,476,981.28 PLN.
The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney, constituting Annex No 1 to the draft agreement (Annex No 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated operator of the distribution system to implement an agreement concluded with the Contractor for the sale of electricity, making statements of will and determining on behalf of the Contracting Authority all necessary information in the scope of termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representing the Contracting Authority before the relevant operator distribution system in matters related to the conclusion of a distribution service contract.
The Contracting Authority informs that the seller change process takes place for most pre-emptive points once again. Details of the time limits for current electricity sales contracts in the event of a subsequent change to the seller and periods of termination of the comprehensive contracts in the event of the first change of the seller are set out in Annex 1 to SWZ. Annex 1 to SWZ identifies the current electricity seller and information on the pricing arrangements currently concluded. Electricity distribution contracts for points with another seller change are concluded for an indefinite period.
