Delivery and installation of electrical and telecommunications systems

For the project "Conversion and extension of the Bertolt Brecht Comprehensive School in Seelze", the delivery and installation of electrical and telecommunications systems is required.

The city of Seelze intends to expand and rebuild the Bertolt Brecht Comprehensive School in Seelze. An extension is planned as a new building, consisting of a 4-storey building (component A). Conversion measures will be carried out in the building wings B, C, D, E, as well as in component H, a former kiosk building. The existing sports hall, component F, will receive an extension (1-field sports hall). The building complex is located on a paved road and is easily accessible. Installation of all subsequent positions according to DIN EN 62305-1-4, VDE 0185-305 Part 1-4 and DIN 18014, taking into account the building foundations.

The plot is flat and has a slight slope. Access is from the north from Grand-Couronne-Allee via the access road to the Kristall-Therme. An inspection of the local conditions is recommended.

Soil sampling has been carried out on the building site with the result that it is free of pollutants. It is assumed that there are no explosive ordnance, as the property is not located in a dumping area. Scope of services of this specification: Installation of electrical cables.

1st construction phase, component A incl. conversion of tracts B and H:

Start of work 06 week 2024

End of work 18 week 2025

Start of construction of the entire construction work: March 2023

Overall completion of construction measures: expected end of April 2025
