SELECTION OF DEVELOPER FOR MIXED TENURE NEW BUILD DEVELOPMENT

The specific objective at this time is to select a Developer with an available site within the area highlighted in the enclosed plan (DRW 01) to deliver a mixed tenure new build development of around 50 units of flats and family houses, with grant funding, under a "Design & Build" contractual arrangement within a set timescale.
