The proposed works that form part of this package are outlined briefly below; • Demolition of all existing structures on the site • Removal and safe disposal of all materials on the site including tyres. The site is to be left free from all materials. • Following demolition, the contractor is to undertake a topographical survey to tie into the previous survey undertaken on the site to fill in the gaps that would now exist due to the buildings being removed. • Please note that no trees are to be damaged during the works, please refer to Noel Lane Tree care services Arboricultural Safety Assessment Report along with accompanying Tree Protection Order Map
