Work on the balcony — construction of the high wall and the knot located within the ZAC des Groues in Nanterre

This consultation concerns the construction of part of the balcony structures comprising the high wall and the tie in the Groues ZAC in Nanterre.

Lot 1 (No. 20210080) — Civil Engineering

The purpose of this lot 1 is the civil works necessary for the construction of the walls of the high balcony, to be carried out in the Garenne sector of the ZAC des Groues in the Territory of Nanterre (92).

Lot 2 (No. 20210081) — layout of the knot

The purpose of this lot 2 is to work on the development of the lower tie of the balcony, to be carried out in the Garenne sector of the ZAC des Groues in the territory of Nanterre (92). This includes:

— the hydraulic works of the noue and its connection to the departmental unit network of Avenue Arago;

— plantations of a knot;

— a gabion siding of the top wall made by lot 1;

— the realization of locksmith works;

— the creation of a watering network, the grounding of metal structures.
