This tender deals with a framework agreement on main contract services performed in partnering in connection with the implementation of separate sewerage and LAR in Uldum. Overall, the work includes separate sewerage of approx. 350 matrices for the replacement of the existing common line with the establishment of approx. 8,000 lbm of new wastewater, and approx. 3,700 lbm drainage ditches / green sidewalks, reprofiling of approx. 6,000 lbm road, approx. 1,000 lbm new pavement instead of asphalt pavement, 6 pcs. rainbeds, 3 pcs. seepage basins and a wet rainwater basin.

The main contract consists mainly of the following services and deliveries:

- Break-up works,

- Traffic regulation,

- Establishment of sewage pipes,

- Establishment of ditches and LAR plants,

- Establishment of waste water mains,

- Setting of diverted wells,

- Establishment of pressure lines,

- Pump well setting,

- Road reprocessing,

- Establishing new sidewalks,

- Restoration work,

- Documentation and KSin.

The main contract tender is conducted as a tender with negotiation in accordance with the Tender Law with prior pre-qualification.

The tender deals with a framework agreement for main contract services performed in partnering in connection with a total separate sewerage and LAR in Uldum.

The assignment is offered by Hedensted Spildevand A / S.

The financing of the construction work is distributed over a 5-year period. The possibility of achieving the required efficiency gains through long-term planning and optimized collaboration and execution processes is only considered feasible if the framework agreement covers the total implementation of separate sewerage and LAR in Uldum city, which is why the framework agreement has a duration of 5 years.

The proposed framework agreement is expected to enter into force on 1.3.2020 and has a term of 5 years, however the agreement can be terminated at any time by Hedensted Sewage with a notice of 3 months.
