The purpose of this framework agreement is:

- servicing, upkeep and troubleshooting of the high-voltage and low-voltage public lighting telemonitoring system of the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines urban area (SQY),

- creation or renewal of remote monitoring equipment on the basis of a price schedule.

The services covered by the contract are of 2 types:

- maintenance services:

—— computer backups,

—— preventive maintenance of hardware and software,

—— corrective maintenance of hardware and software (repair or replacement of defective hardware and correction of software anomalies),

- renovation and extension services:

—— technical assistance,

—— additional training,

—— the creation of new stations,

—— the renovation of existing stations,

—— work on hardware and software,

—— study days on specific applications.
