Probation services. Guidance services. Services related to the detention or rehabilitation of criminals. Provision of delivery of the following substance misuse programmes: drink impaired drivers’ programmes (DID), offender substance abuse programme (OSAP) lower intensity alcohol programme (LIAP) on behalf of Staffordshire and West Midlands Probation Trust and Warwickshire Probation Trust. The provider must be able to deliver all DID, OSAP and LIAP programme requirements. The overall aim of the interventions is to deliver these Accredited Programmes in the community in order to ensure that this sentencing option is available to all sentencers, and to reduce re-offending. Single providers or a consortium of providers are invited to tender for this service. For a consortium it will be required to nominate a lead partner with whom the Trust can liaise as a single point of contact, or to form themselves into a single entity before contract award.
