The object of the procurement is the process equipment of Helen Electricity Network Ltd's new 110/10 kV substation in Kruununhaka, delivered into a functional entity. The delivery includes the substation's 110 kV single-rail, two-group switchgear and 10 kV double-rail, two-group switchgear, their protection relays, control system and voltage regulators, as well as the substation's self-consumption equipment and grounding of the substation process. The delivery also includes connecting PT01 and PT02 transformers to 110 kV and 10 kV switchgear with cabling, rails and other necessary materials. The design, installation and testing of the above-mentioned entities are part of this contract.
Optional spare parts and 1 piece of 110 kV cells, which must also be offered by the proposed supplier.
The switchgear and other above-mentioned equipment will be placed in a new substation building to be built by the client. More detailed information about the site and the desired cabling method will be distributed to the shortlisted Supplier Candidates from the Participation Switchboard later.

The property is located at Mariankatu 22 in Helsinki. Activities in a relatively cramped courtyard of an apartment building. Proposed suppliers who have advanced from the participation request must familiarise themselves with the site on site before submitting a preliminary offer.
Within the preliminary target schedule, the aim is to make the entity available for production use by 1.5.2026.
The process equipment to be procured forms a natural entity, which is why the tendering process is carried out as a single entity.
The scope and details of the procurement are described in more detail in the tender documents, which will be delivered in full scope to the Tenderers selected on the basis of the participation requests in a preliminary invitation to tender. The procurement will be carried out through a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Act on Public Contracts in Special Sectors.
