Staffordshire County Council is seeking a Framework for Security Services that includes mobile and static guarding, alarm response, access control, and CCTV monitoring to meet the security needs of its establishments.
Framework Agreement for Security Services. Staffordshire County Council is procuring a Framework for the provision of Security Services and any additional associated services including Static & Mobile guarding, unoccupied buildings, open & lock provisions and key holding services for Staffordshire County Council establishments. The Framework Agreement is to satisfy the security requirements of the SCC portfolio and to future proof services during the contract term due to changing requirements and a changing portfolio. The services to be included are: - • Mobile patrol security cover • Provide Open and Lock up services and External and Internal Patrolling • Alarm activation and emergency response as required • Control access to the premises out of normal office hours • CCTV Monitoring • Static Guarding • Office Building and Reception Security More detailed information is provided in each specification for each lot. Static Security Services To provide Static Guarding for Staffordshire Place 1 (SP1) and Staffordshire Place 2 (SP2) buildings, with flexibility to extend to other sites within the SCC portfolio. Mobile Security Services (North) To provide mobile patrol security cover to the listed sites in the North of Staffordshire to deter unauthorised entry, trespass, theft, vandalism and damage, loss through negligence, fire, flood and breaches of Health and Safety or confidentiality. To provide open and lock up services and external and internal patrolling where required. Alarm activation and emergency response as required with flexibility to extend to other sites within the Staffordshire County Council (SCC) portfolio, Mobile Security Services (South) To provide mobile patrol security cover to sites in the South of Staffordshire to deter unauthorised entry, trespass, theft, vandalism and damage, loss through negligence, fire, flood and breaches of Health and Safety or confidentiality. To provide open and lock up services and external and internal patrolling where required. Alarm activation and emergency response as required with flexibility to extend to other sites within the Staffordshire County Council (SCC) portfolio Key Holding & Call Out Services To provide a key holding and call out service for any Staffordshire County Council premises who wish to use this service. The premises are situated at various locations throughout the County of Staffordshire. Unoccupied Buildings Security To provide a full and varied range of high quality security options for Staffordshire County Council's properties which are situated at various locations throughout the County of Staffordshire, as and when required.
