Alingsåshem invites the procurement of framework agreements regarding the mission service of lifts at AB Alingsåshem and Fabs AB, as well as Alingsås Municipality.

The procurement aims to meet the Order's need for service and maintenance of lifts.

The extent of the number of lifts is shown in Annex 2, Common Lift List. Lifts may apply and abstain during the contract period and are only left illuminated. The supplier shall be able to meet the real need for service and maintenance throughout the contract period regardless of the number.

Where the equipment is still covered by warranty, the supplier who has supplied the equipment shall carry out any warranty commitments.

In the event of an award, the tenderer shall be helpful in switching the alarm of the lifts to the Prohibitor's new contracted alarm centre, the agreement with the alarm centre starts 2022-05-07. The mission is planned to commence promptly after an assignment.

In the event of an award, the tenderer shall conduct an inventory of the Orderer's lifts, as well as submit action proposals for adjustments for upcoming 4G rearrangement.
