The purpose of this tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one service provider (single supplier framework agreement). The role of the successful tenderer is to assist the Department in identifying the work to be prioritised and to project manage all elements of the work to be carried

out. The Minister seeks to appoint experts in the provision of these services for the design, procurement and contract management phases of the remediation works. Given the limitations of the available budget (approximately EUR 3m in total, EUR 1m per annum over a three year period for the consultancy and works to be carried out), the single supplier framework agreement will operate on a drawdown basis to complete the prioritised list of works within that budget.
