The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding and tourist forest management, to be performed in the Drewnica Forestry in the area of the Drewnica Forest District in 2023.

The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and tourist forest management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ
