The works mainly involve carrying out structural maintenance work on cycle paths on and/or along regional roads. The assignment is divided into 6 lots, which together cover the whole of Flanders.
Lot 1: transport regions Antwerp, Mechelen and Kempen- the execution of all kinds of renovation works on cycle paths and the protection of level crossings of bicycle highways according to the posts of the measuring state;
- milling and/or breaking up bituminous pavements;
- selective milling and removal of tar asphalt;
- affrezen en/of opbreken van betonverhardingen;
- breaking up pavements;
- demolition of foundations;
- construction of foundations;
- laying of bituminous topsoils and underlayments;
- markings,
- drawing up site signalling plans and obtaining the necessary permits;
- the installation, maintenance and removal of the necessary site signs, mobile site signs as the burden of adoption,
- all supplies and operations necessary for the execution of the above works,
- the disposal of all waste resulting from the works carried out in accordance with the provisions of these specifications, the delivery (including collection, loading, transport to and unloading) of all waste resulting from the works carried out at the final destination (recycling costs, landfill costs and environmental taxes) in accordance with specifications;
- maintenance of the works during the guarantee period.
Lot 2: Transport Region Limburg- the execution of all kinds of renovation works on cycle paths and the protection of level crossings of bicycle highways according to the posts of the measuring state;
